Belvedere's Tito

Sparkles was a bit of a late bloomer for us. Although she always had a beautiful fleece, her 3rd fleece came in remarkably well, so much so that we added her to our show string. She bannered in the white huacaya females her first time out, as a two year old. Laurel Shovelin was the judge and made the comment that this was the first time she had ever awarded a banner to a female that she knew was pregnant. She is very laid back, and was 2 months pregnant for this first show, in Oklahoma. Most breeders simply will not take pregnant females to a show, but I personally have no problem with it, if the animal's demeanor is such that virtually nothing bothers them. All 5 of my offspring of Crescent Moon's Sizzlin Shak have this type of demeanor, something that I place a very high value on, as I age.
